you with our complete up-to-date mailing list (including contact names) of Chamber members via email, ready to go labels,
or printed on labels if you do not have email. (This is included free in "New Member"
packet) CHAMBER CHAT The newsletter will bring you
up to date on chamber events, new members, public affairs concerns and so much more . Advertising is available. Call Chamber
office for more details. This is published quarterly- between 200 to 400 copies printed and distributed. This newsletter

ON THE WEB Our new Web site is fully operational and all Businesses are entitled to a FREE
basic listing. This listing includes a name, company, address, phone/fax, and direct link to Web URL and e-mail.
Advertising on the web is available to Chamber members! Please contact the office for more details. MEMBER TO MEMBER DISCOUNT Some Chamber Business members offer member to member discounts.
A few words in the Chamber chat and website, describing your discount are FREE. SPONSOR AFTER HOURS This is a great way to get a large group acquainted
with your goods or services and to generate networking and word-of mouth advertising. We'll do the advertising and provide
the food, and if you provide the location, the cost is only $75.00. If we provide the location, along with the advertising
and food the cost is $145.00. SPONSOR A LUNCHEON This luncheon
event provides networking opportunities, good food and a Speaker. As sponsor, all of your printed information is placed
at each individual place setting and you deliver a 10- 15 minute verbal commercial for your business. There may be 30 sec.
info commercials by each attending business. Cost $100.00 Luncheons are catered and paid by members in advance by RSVP.

deductible! RIBBON CUTTING / GROUNDBREAKING - FREE!!
1. Ribbon Cutting/Grand Openings/Groundbreakings are done for Anderson County Chamber of Commerce members only. Any member who has opened a new business, relocated or expanded services is eligible. 2. Schedule your Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening/Groundbreaking with the Chamber
office by the 10th of the month prior to the event. (Example: If your event will be in May, you need to contact the Chamber
by April 10th). Your event & ribbon cutting photo will be listed in the Chamber's quarterly newsletter and published
in the Anderson News "Chamber Connection" the last Wednesday of that month 4. It is recommended that you provide light food & refreshments. Since the ceremony is scheduled at noon, many people will use this time for their lunch hour. 5. Either a photographer from the Anderson News or the Chamber will be there to take a photo. Our Mayor and County Judge is always invited to be at your special event. 6. You are welcome and in fact encouraged to invite other people that you know, including business associates, clients, friends, and family. Chamber Committees & Functions PUBLIC AFFAIRS This committee serves to communicate with governing officials. Their role is to represent the interest of the Chamber members. They will develop relationships with local officials, state legislature members and national Congressional members. They will stay abreast of issues that may affect Chamber members and inform them of these events as they happen. HOSPITALITY/SPECIAL
